Experian reports are new to our industry and the knowledge, expertise, and pleasant demeanor of your customer service representatives have made what could have been a difficult transition very helpful and informative. Many of our credit managers are relatively new to credit and only a very small percentage have used credit reporting services to help them with their credit decisions.
The initial training that Command Credit offeredto our managers was tremendously helpful in getting them up to speed on being able to read and understand the Experian reports. I also appreciate the help you have been to the new managers who have called you for advice and information on how to interpret the information on reports.
